摘要

This article states the stripe winding process modeling results in roll on downcoiler of hot strip mills. The basic oscillations peculiarities In mechanical roll forming mechanism system are investigated on the base of the model with unstationary tie. On the basis of the decomposition method of the unstationary tie characteristic the equation has been worked out of the motion of the mass of the investigated model. The replacement of unlinear asymmetric description of unstationary tie inflexibility by equivalent linear description on the method of straight linearization, has been carried out the equivalent linear model has been got, the possible oscillations reinforcement routines, are definite is established. The law of own system frequency change has been established.
