NEW OPPORTUNITIES OF UPGRADING TECHNOLOGY PERFECTION FOR MAGNETITE ORES IN CONCENTRATING MILL'S WORKING CONDITIONS

摘要

The new flow diagram with separate upgrading of an ore pulp streams with various size on independent branches and stage concentrate extracting is developed. The circuit is introduced on a preparation plant of the joint venture 《VostGOK-Ashurst》． Efficiency of new circuit application on an example of a Concentrating mill No1 of Open Societies 《South GOK》 is shown. The circuit will provide of iron contents in a concentrate 66,5 percent, that 1,3 percent is higher achieved. For all that the additional capital and operational expenses are insignificant.
