"Communicating with family Caregivers" (December 2011) is among the best articles I've read on this topic. As a home health clinical nurse specialist, I'm always trying to ensure that home care clinicians see and work with family caregivers as much as with patients.I'll be recommending this article (and the accompanying video) to every home health care nurse I know, because it's as applicable to this field as to hospital-based nursing. Probably even more so!
