摘要

This paper investigates the design of High Secure medical Video encryption with self-integrated watermarking, compression and denoising block. The proposed algorithm provides a comprehensive security protection for the video even after the decryption at the receivers end. The watermarking scheme adopted on the video encryption algorithm will ensure the protection of ownership from illegal distribution of the video signal. On the other hand, this algorithm also provides a solution to reduce the bit rate for storage and transmission and also defends from various noise attacks faced during transmission. The proposed algorithm will yield a superior quality secured video without any noise in the video signal. The proposed algorithm is tested with the medical DICOM file considering the PSNR, MSE for evaluation.
