摘要

A new heterobimetallic-μ-oxoisopropoxide of the type [SnO3Ti2(i-OPr)6] has been synthesized by the thermal condensation of tin diacetate and titanium isopropoxide in 1 : 2 molar ratio in refiuxing xylene. The isopropoxy substitution reactions of this μ-oxoisopropoxide compound with β-diketones in different molar ratios (1 : 1-1 : 4) gives compounds of the type [SnO2Ti2(i-OPr)_(6_n)L_n] (where n is 1-4 and L = acetylacetonate/benzoylacetonate anion). The μ-oxoisopropoxide compound has been characterized by elemental, spectral analysis (IR, ~1H , ~(13)C, ~(119)Sn NMR and mass) and molecular weight measurement. The β-diketonates of [SnO2Ti2(i-OPr)6] have been characterized by elemental, liberated isopropanol and spectral analysis (IR, ~1H, ~(13)C NMR).
