Solid solutions containing aniline betweenphenylphosphonate zirconium and zirconium phosphate,Zr[(O_3PC_6H_5)_x(O_3POH)_(2-x)]_yC_6H_5NH_2 nH_2O,were prepared under the hydrothermal conditions. Crystallinity andspecific surface area of the products were improved much by theaddition of aniline and organic derivatives of zirconium phosphatewith specific surface area >200 m~2 g~-1 were obtained. Theproducts were also found to have higher selectivity to oxygen thanthat to nitrogen, unlike zeolites and active carbons.
