2-(3'-TRIFLUOROMETHYLANILINO)-HMETHOXYPHENYLUREIDO)-6(ARYLUREIDO)-S-TRIAZINE

摘要

Fluro compounds and s-triazine derivatives exhibit biological activities.In continuation of our search for biologically active heterocycles,we have incorporated fluoro compounds and arylureas with s-triazine and study their biological activities.Cyanuric chloride and 3-trifluoromethyl aniline were condensed in equimolar proportion.The resultant product was reacted with 4-methoxy phenylurea followed by condensation with various arylureas to yield the corresponding s-triazine derivatives.The constitution of all the products have been confirmed by elemental analysis and also supported by IR spectres and ~1H NMR spectras.
