Zr(HSO_4)_4 Catalyzed One-Pot Strecker Synthesis of α-Amino Nitriles from Aldehydes and Ketones under Solvent-Free Conditions

摘要

A mild and efficient method has been developed for the preparation of a-amino nitriles from the condensation of aldehydes and ketones with aniline and TMSCN in the presence of a catalytic amount of Zr(HSO_4)_4 under solvent-free conditions at room temperature.
