摘要

The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (FCE) is a comprehensive evaluation method for object systems involving fuzzy factors. This method is very widely used in many fields. Scientific and reasonable plan design is the key that decides whether a coal mine project can achieve optimal investment construction and production. The thesis proposes application of fuzzy evaluation method in mine construction project design plan comprehensive evaluation. Firstly, targeting at content of mine construction project design, specific and detailed evaluation indicator system is established. Secondly, index weight is calculated with AHP. Finally, index membership and evaluation matrix is determined, and multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of projects is calculated. Through case studies, scientificity and practicability of this method in mine construction project design plan comprehensive evaluation are verified, as it can not only make an accurate assessment of the overall effect of the project design, but also help detect problems in some aspects of the design, facilitate improvement and optimization of the design plan, which will help improve decision-making level of China's coal investment and improve economic efficiency, and thus enjoys good application value.
