ObjectivesTo determine the ability of 11 sildenafil analogues to discriminate between cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterases (cnPDEs) and to characterise their inhibitory potencies (K-i values) of PDE5A1-dependent guanosine cyclic monophosphate (cGMP) hydrolysis.
