Ethics and Research in the Service of Asylum Seekers

Zion and colleagues (2010) explore very interesting ethical aspects of investigation in asylum seekers. They conclude that such research should be avoided based on a fear of eroding asylum seekers’ rights in the process of researching their plight. Rather, information should be obtained from secondary sources including health care providers and refugee advocates.
