Mark: We know that we overadmit patients with chest pain to the hospital. Most of these patients turn out to have a noncardiac cause for the chest pain. Is it possible to use coronary computed tomography angiography (СТА) to stratify risk and identify a subset of patients that can be safely discharged from the emergency department (ED)?
