摘要

This paper describes the influence of lead, fenitrothion and foschlor on alkalic phosphatase (ALP) activity and the concentration of glucose in rat blood serum in different periods of time after individual or mixed intoxication. After a single dose of fenitrothion or foschlor of 50 mg/kg (body weight) a significant increase in alkalic phosphatase activity was observed in serum when compared with the control group values. In the group of animals intoxicated with lead and fenitrothion, the ALP activity in the initial and final phase of the experiment was higher than the activity of this enzyme in rats intoxicated with only one insecticide. And in the case of intoxication with lead and foschlor, the activity was leered in almost all experiment phases.The glucose concentration was elevated only in rats that were poisoned with fenitrothion itself and particularly between the 6th and the 24th hour of the experiment. The previous application of lead prior to fenitrothion resulted in a significant fall in the glucose level during this period. In rats intoxicated with foschlor as well as with lead and foschlor, the glucose concentration did not change significantly but had a tendency to fall compared with the control group. Only after the fractionated dose of Pb (II) and foschlor on the 7th and 21th day was the glucose level higher than the control value's and in the 12th hour of the 7th and 21th day compared to animals intoxicated only with foschlor.
