摘要

The acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity in blood and brain of rats intoxicated with lead, fenitrothion and foschlor as well as with combinations of lead and fenitrothion and foschlor was determined. The varying influence of a single dosage of 250 mg/kg (body weight) of lead acetate (II) and its fractionated dosage (for 5 days 50 mg/kg (body weight) a day) on the cholinesterase activity was observed. In the mixed intoxication, lead intensified and lengthened the period of enzyme re-activation. However, after adding lead with foschlor between the 6th and the 12th day of the experiment, irregular changes of intensity of AChE activity in blood and brain were found. The decrease in the enzyme activity was more significant in rats intoxicated with fractionated dosage of lead acetate (II) and foschlor than in rats intoxicated with a single dosage of lead acetate (II) and foschlor.
