The influence of the plant protection technique on the costs and production profitability of spring triticale

This paper in an attempt to determine the influence the applied techniques of plant protection on the profitability of spring triticale production. In this case plant protection had a very slight influence on the spring triticale yield which was on average 5.07 t/ha. The unitary production costs ranged from PLN 227.45 per ton to PLN 344.82 per ton. The profitability coefficient was calculated which between the years of 1993 and 1995 was on average 150%.
