After the collapse of the planned economy the steel industry of Middle and Eastern Europe was getting to a critical situation. As a result of the economic evolution-occured during the second half of the latest decade-the demand of steel products will increase, but the participants of the steel market should offer a products' range, which better suit the market's requirements.
