Kenya/Somalia block dispute resolution begins

The dispute between Kenya and Somalia over their maritime border will be heard by the International Court of Justice in September. The dispute has been going on for the last seven years, keeping activity at bay in deepwater blocks awarded by Kenya because of a lack of legal clarity.
