Conoco Angola pre-salt quartet put back

Conoco now hopes to spud the first in ils four-well pre-salt programme off Angola in the second quarter of next year. The US independent had been hoping that the drillship could arrive as early as late this year but now expects it in the first quarter of 2014 with drilling in the second quarter. The company is operator of Blocks 36 and 37 and will be drilling two commitment wells on each.
