Perenco and Golar finalise Cameroon FLNG terms

Perenco and Golar have agreed the commercial terms and conditions for the planned floating LNG (FLNG) project off Cameroon and are waiting for formal approval. The pair signed a Heads of Agreement last year with national oil company SNH for the project to take in 500 Bcf of gas from offshore Kribi fields. The supply is relatively low for Golar's GoFLNG vessel but the company is hoping that success in this, its first project, will attract new interest from other operators and is also hoping to bring in other nearby reserves.
