A rig has arrived in Cameroon to start Victoria Oil's two well campaign. The Savannah Oil Services rig has been offloaded in Douala port for the US $40m campaign on the company's Logbaba gas acreage. Petrofac is providing well design and project man- agement services for the drilling which should start early next quarter and finish around the end of the year.
