A decision will be announced before the end of the month on whether all upstream activities must halt in the disputed waters between Ghana and Cote d'[voire - including the FPSO development of Tullow's TEN fields. After negotiations over the boundary broke down, Ghana filed an arbitration suit to the International Tribunal of the Law of the Sea (ITLOS). Last month Cote d'lvoire requested that ITLOS orders Ghana to suspend ongoing exploration and exploitation in the area until it gives its final verdict.
