Afren said it will submit a field development plan (FDP) for its Okwok field off Nigeria later this year, with two more wellhead platforms needed on its other assets. That rarest of beasts in Nigeria these days, the FDP, is likely to include another mobile offshore production unit (MOPU) for the shallow water field where a final appraisal well is now being tested.
