The Effect of Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction: A Case Study Analysis on KIMA Company in Makassar Industrial Area, Indonesia

摘要

This study aims to explain the influence of leadership on employee job satisfaction. The analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with alpha 5% to test the significance of research variables. Data obtained from permanent employees of PT KIMA are determined as samples based on cluster random sampling technique. Data collection also uses questionnaires (as the main instrument), interviews, observations and documentation. The result of analysis (at the 5% level of significance) shows that leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction in PT KIMA Sul sel.
