Anadarko is preparing a drill stem test off Cote d'lvoire after a successful sidetrack on the Paon discovery. The company is trying to firm up a pipeline to shore project for the gas from Paon in CI-103 and the Bolette Dolphin has just completed a sidetrack on the Paon-3 well, confirming 395ft (120m) of net pay. This follows on from a successful Paon-5 appraisal well and the rig is now on location back at Paon-5 to perform a drill stem and interference testing programme.
