Lukoil confirms Sierra Leone wildcat

Lukoil confirmed it has spudded a deepwater wildcat off Sierra Leone ahead of likely drilling off Cote d'Ivoire and Ghana. As previously revealed by AOG (see 5 September), the company has spudded the wildcat using the Eirik Raude drillship for the first of six wells in West Africa.
