Analysis of factors influencing real estate price in Hefei - based on improved grey model

摘要

In the past few years, real estate prices in Hefei have risen rapidly, which not only affects people's lives but also affects the healthy development of the real estate industry. In this paper, first of all, on the basis of literature review selected six major influence factors of Hefei real estate prices, on the basis of the grey model is improved, thus improved grey comprehensive evaluation model is constructed, in 2010 to 2017 in Hefei real estate prices and related data as sample, through calculation and analysis of the correlation effect of Hefei real estate prices is the most important two factors respectively GDP and land prices.
