Successful one-lung ventilation using a bronchial blocker tube for a large tracheal carcinoma resection

Highlights ? Using a bronchial blocker tube (BBT), a large tracheal tumor was removed and airway was rebuilt under general anesthesia. ? The BBT could be inserted into right main stem bronchus, even the gap at narrowest intraluminal point was a 0.5 cm. ? In whole operation, the vital signs of patient were stable.
