Empirical Research of Farmers Long-Term Nature Income Factors Based on VEC Model Analysis Under the Human Capital Investment Perspective

Existing literatures are studied only unidirectional relationship between human capital investment between elements and farmers' income, and did not enter the in-depth analysis of the relationship between the elements of human capital investment. To solve the problem, this paper selects the relevant data of Chongqing from 2005 to 2014 decade, use VEC model and associated method utilizes a comprehensive study of the income of the farmers, farmer investment in basic education, vocational and technical education of farmers and farmers' investment in health care investment dynamic relationship between the four variables. The results show: (1) Farmers Healthcare Investment suppressed the exaltation of peasant farmers' income, investing in basic education and vocational and technical education investment; (2) Investment in basic education of farmers to promote the role of the other three variables has a significant lag; (3) Vocational and Technical Education Investment farmers can significantly promote farmers' income. In response to these findings, the paper concludes with policy recommendations.
