Cauchy Numbers and Polynomials Associated with Hypergeometric Bernoulli Numbers

We define Cauchy numbers and polynomials associated with hypergeometric Bernoulli numbers, and study their properties. Moreover, we consider zeta functions that interpolate these Cauchy polynomials. Some special values of the zeta functions are expressed in terms of finite zeta star values or the Bernoulli numbers of higher order.
