It has been brought to my attention by one of the co-authors, Dr. N. M. Kocherginsky, that, although his name was listed as a co-author, he did not see the manuscript nor approve the use of name. Dr. Kocherginsky has requested that his name be withdrawn as a co-author of this paper. Obviously, his name cannot be deleted from the printed copies of the AIChE Journal. However, he should no longer be considered a co-author. Furthermore, this article has been retracted and its text will no longer appear in the online archive.
