Toyota, encouraged by the ail-too obvious positive demand-push effects of various car scrap page schemes in key markets like Europe, domestic Japan and even the US, has revised upwards its vehicle sales forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31 next year, and in so doing is evidently more optimistic about its prospects during the months that lie directly ahead.
