Objectives: Determine whether moderate or greater paravalvular leak (PVL) after transcatheter aortic valve replacement quantified using intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) is associated with mortality and investigate the correlation between PVL grading using intraoperative TEE and postoperative transthoracic echocardiography (TTE).
