摘要

It was shown that transmission electron microscopy data of the crystallization of amorphous films can be interpreted according to the optical Huygens principle. "Coherent" and "non-coherent" conceptions were implemented. It was revealed that the probability of coherent crystallization increased due to covalent bond between atoms of elements, high free surface energy of the amorphous film, and their low heating rate.
