Reuse of a reference model in automation engineering. Application to the integration of design for automated production equipment

We propose a method to obtain from a reference data model a data model dedicated to the integration of several design activities of automated production equipments. The reference model is a generic model available for every activity of the automated production equipment lifecycle. The method contains four main steps enabling the reference model progressive specialisation.
