Cement Grinding: Silo-Safe Cement

摘要

Lumps and blockages in cement silos have been a problem in the cement industry for many years. FLSmidth research and trouble-shooting experience shows that silo issues are generally caused by inappropriate operating conditions of the cement mill. An unfortunate combination of the level of gypsum dehydration in the cement mill and high silo temperatures as well as often lengthy storage times are generally the reasons for such silo problems.
