JRAIA Conducts Survey of Eco Cute Users

The Japan Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry Association (JRAIA) conducted a survey of persons who had bought domestic heat pump water heaters (Eco Cute) in order to determine why they had chosen Eco Cute and to what degree they were satisfied with Eco Cute. This time, the survey was carried out in order to compare the outcome with the past two surveys and to monitor the market penetration of Eco Cute systems.
