CANON is poised to launch the PowerShot G15. The PowerShot G15 sports an f/1.8 5x lens, designed to deliver the 35mm viewing angle equivalent of a 28-140mm lens. Due out in late October, priced ￡549.99, the G15 houses a 12.1 -million-pixel, 1/1.7in-type CMOS imaging sensor, a top equivalent ISO of 12,800 and a maximum burst rate of 10 frames per second.
