摘要

Couples treated by assisted reproductive technologies (ART) were selected for this study. Samples of follicular fluid were collected and stored at -20 ordm; C until cytokine detection. According to indication, IVF or ICSI procedure was used. After 72 h, on the day of transfer, embryo morphology was evaluated and embryo transfer according to embryo morphology was performed. For the quantitative determination of human inter-leukin 10 and interferon gamma concentrations in follicular fluid we used commercial ELISA kit from Diaclone, France. The analysis of results was performed using the Statistics Package for Social Sciences SPSS 8.0 and MedCale 7.1.0.1 .
