A few years back, it was 'crossover', but times change, and these days 'electrification' is the word on everyone's lips. It's a word that covers all manner of sins, and causes all manner of confusion. Avid readers will probably remember Volvo's cunningly-worded statement to the effect that every new model would be electrified. Some thought that meant full electric power was on its way, but it only really signified a tranche of new Twin Engine plug-in and mild hybrid cars.
