Pentax K20D and key accessories

With Pentax still using a variation of the original K-mount, there are more than 30 years' worth of lenses that can be mounted on the Pentax K20D. Most manual-focus lenses (there are a few that will not mount correctly - see the Lens Compatibility Chart at www.pentaximaging.com) will work if the 'Use Aperture Ring' custom setting is set to 'Permitted'. This allows you to set the aperture on a manual-focus lens and use either manual or shutter priority exposure. Obviously the lenses are not capable of autofocus, but the K20D's autofocus indicator will still work.
