Dermatological follow-up in retinoblastoma patients. A case report

摘要

We report awell-differentiated liposarcoma and multiple lipomas in apatient with bilateral retinoblastoma at the age of two. Well-differentiated liposarcoma of the skin are rare and have agood prognosis. Lipomas are in those cases agood indicator for ahigher risk of secondary cancer. There is no standardized aftercare program. We recommend therefore regular clinical-dermatological examinations every 6months and if necessary an early excision of suspicious lesions.
