Supermarket giant Tesco has been fined pounds1.6m after a tradesman suffered "life-changing" injuries from being crushed by a reversing lorry in the car park of a west London store in August 2014. The driver of a Tesco vehicle was reversing into a loading bay at the Tesco Metro store on Greenford Road, west London, when he hit the tradesman who was walking across the car park. The store's car park was open to the public at all times.
