摘要

The Parliamentary Conference on the WTO, meeting on 9-10 December at the National Congress of Argentina in Buenos Aires, just before the 11~(th) WTO Ministerial Conference (MC11), urged WTO members to make every effort to strengthen the multilateral trading system, with the WTO as its cornerstone.
