The American Petroleum Institute has strongly condemned the US District Court of Montana's ruling to delay the building of the Keystone XL pipeline. "Pipelines like KXL are the backbone of our nation's energy infrastructure and one of the most environmentally sound ways to transport the fuel and petroleum products that power America every single day," said Vice President of Midstream and Industry Operations, Robin Rorick.
