Herriot seeks contractors great and small for ￡600m Scottish framework

Heating contractors of all sizes in Scotland have been invited to submit bids to take part in a new ￡600m procurement framework. The framework is being launched by PfH Scotland, specialist provider of procurement services to the housing sector, which is jointly owned by the National Housing Federation and the Chartered Institute of Housing.
