Angola's National Oil, Gas, and Biofuels Agency has opened the bidding process for the 2019 licensing round with 10 offshore blocks on offer. All bids were to be submitted for the acreage - Blocks 10-13, 27-29, and 41-43 - by 12 November, with contracts due for award on 17 January 2020. Available data packages include 2D and 3D seismic data shot by WesternGeco, PGS, and ION Geophysical.
