The latest fixtures in Southeast Asia have bumped up the top end day rate for the region to almost USD 100,000 per day. The JU 361-400 IC category benchmark is now USD 88,000-95,000, up from USD 59,500-72,000 in October. The range for JU 301-360 IC; however, shifted down a little from USD 75,000-83,000 to USD 73,800-82,000. The only other valid category available in the region is that for Tender rigs, which saw no change at USD 43,000-85,000.
