Rig Sales Shelf Drilling acquires two newbuiid jackups

Shelf Drilling has agreed with affiliates of China Merchants & Great Wall Ocean Strategy & Technology Fund(China Merchants)regarding the acquisition of two newbuiid jackups of CJ46 design for a purchase price of USD 87 million per rig. This will be financed by the issue of 13,384,615 new common shares at a subscription price of USD 6.50 per share for a total of USD 174 million.
