USA and EU:Aflatoxin Contamination In Peanuts Intended for Export to the European Union

摘要

This report describes the outcome of an audit carried out by the Directorate-General for Health and Food Safety in the United States of America (U.S.) from 7 to 15 October 2019. The objectives of the audit were to assess if the systems in place to control aflatoxin contamination in peanuts intended for export to the European Union (EU) comply with, or are at least equivalent to EU legislation to ensure that the specified limits for contaminants laid down in EU legislation are respected.
