Interpreting the ECG of an Irish Wolfhound

An ECG, recorded from an eight-year old neutered, male Irish Wolfhound was referred for interpretation. The recording had been made with the patient lying in lateral recumbency.Clinical examination of the cardiovascular system was reported to have been unremarkable. Only leads I, II and III were recorded.
